Meta Title: About Wrenchly — Built for Indian Auto Parts Shops
Meta Description: Wrenchly is built by people who understand the auto parts business. From counter chaos to GST compliance — simple software for Indian shop owners.
HERO
Built by People Who Understand Your Shop
Wrenchly didn’t start in a Silicon Valley office. It started from a problem that millions of Indian auto parts shop owners face every day.
OUR STORY
When we started building Wrenchly, we spent months visiting auto spare parts shops and workshops across Kerala. What we found was the same story everywhere:
- Billing was done on Tally — but only the owner knew how to use it. Counter staff were afraid to touch it.
- GST filing was a monthly nightmare. CAs would call in a panic, asking for WhatsApp photos of invoices.
- Credit hisaab was in a notebook — or in someone’s memory. Nobody knew exactly how much was owed.
- Inventory was a guess. “I think we have 3 of those” was the standard answer.
We built Wrenchly to fix all of this — without making shop owners learn complicated software.
Our test: Can the counter boy use it on day one?
If yes, we ship it. If no, we rebuild it.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Software should feel like your best employee, not your biggest headache.
Every feature in Wrenchly was added because a shop owner asked for it. Every design decision was tested at a real counter, with real customers, in real traffic.
We believe:
- A small auto parts shop deserves the same financial tools as a large business
- GST compliance shouldn’t require a degree in accounting
- Your hisaab data belongs to you, not your software vendor
- A good app should work on the phone you already own
OUR TEAM
We are a small, focused team of software builders, auto industry veterans, and GST compliance specialists. Based in Kerala, building for India.
We have:
- Visited 400+ auto spare parts shops across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka
- Spoken to 200+ shop owners, counter staff, CAs, and workshop owners
- Processed feedback from every churn and every happy renewal
We’re not building Wrenchly for investors. We’re building it for Sharma Auto Parts, and the hundreds of thousands of shops just like it.
